HOV dummy driver ordered to hold sign alongside highway
'Municipal Court Judge John Stipech ordered Pringle yesterday to stand along the highway for four days, an hour at a time, holding a sign reading -- quote, "HOV lane not for dummies."

Actually, they should just make him pay a fine. Whatever happened to cruel and unusual punishment?
