The Argyle


So here is one of the three buildings a group built in the Triangle.

While I admire their efforts to bring in a Beax Arts aesthetic to new construction, the execution is poor.

I like the classical elements such as the Corinthian columns, but it is disheartening to know that they used they construction styrofoam product to do them. I know cost is cheaper, but it just wreaks of 'faux'.

My other problem with these series of buildings, is the lack of detail to the windows. If you look closely, there is no detail. Just a minor outcropping. It totally ruins the desired effect.
