Where I live [Cap Hill] it is not that bad. They are still building a lot of new lofts and condos in Prospect Park and they are being snatched up.
I think the bubble will burst but right now it is just slowly deflating. Can't speak to the 'burbs since I never venture from Downtown. Not many foreclosures in Cap Hill.
