Hotel Name

So for my Hospitality Design class we have to come up with a concept for a hotel. I have been toying using the name 'Bex', but I just thought of something cheeky.

Like how we went from 'W', single letter concepts, to overly namey concepts like 'J. W. Marriot', to have fun with it, I would call mine 'Houghton And Holleran'. Get it? Hootin' and Hollerin'?

I'm such a geek.

Bex? as in Posh and Bex?

Bex as in 'bed' and 'extra'. The concept is for it to be a trendy chain of economy hotels for young urban professionals, who don't really stay in the hotel room all that much, except for as a place to crash.

But are too stylish to stay in the local Motel 6. It's like 'boutique budget'.

ooh, kind of like "motel 6 goes IKEA" ... i like it.

those new super-small-roomed windowless hotel rooms at Heathrow look really cool. I read an article in travel & leisure about them a couple of months ago. quite functional & fashionable.

Pretty much, but more like Design Within Reach then Ikea when it comes to quality.
