Denver Infill has some info on the building that will reclaim a parking lot in LoDo. A step in the right direction.

'The Sugar² building will make that half of the block complete and will give the 1500 block of Wazee a solid street wall on both facing blocks... a rarity in LoDo. So, here's to the little Sugar² building and its role in eradicating the anti-urban surface parking lot from one of our most urban places, Lower Downtown.'
