Holy moishe!
I was craving something sweet and creamy, so I went and got a Strawberry Milk. I figured it would be better than getting a frozen custard-heart attack-in-a-cup-shake from Good Times. It has reduced fat milk after all.
Well, looking closer at the nutritional content, a 16oz. container, with 2 servings at 200 calories each, mean that if I finish the whole thing, that's 1/4 of my daily caloric intake.
Yikes.
Luckily though, only less than a quarter of the calories are from fat. But that seems like an excessive amount of calories for flavored milk. No wonder why kids are getting fat.
Maybe I should have had the custard instead.
