Computer composite of suspected police impersonator released
Weld County Sheriff's Office released this sketch of a suspected police impersonator.
WELD COUNTY - The sheriff's office has released a computer-generated composite of a man suspected of impersonating a police officer.
The sketch was created after a Greeley woman was detained for about an hour on Sunday by a man posing as an officer, according to the woman.
The man pulled her over at about 4:30 p.m. in a bright red, late-model Chevrolet Tahoe with red flashing lights on Weld County Road 17, between Weld 33 and 35, the woman said.
