Not sure how I feel about this.
I am torn between seeing it, or avoiding it. Hayden Christiansen is one sucky actor. I clearly see that Katie Holmes would have been a horrid choice.

OK, here's the thing -- Hayden Christiansen was sucky in the Star Wars movies -- but so was everyone else. I've never seen worse performances from Natalie Portman, Liam Neeson, or Ewan McGregor. So I choose to blame George Lucas, who has great ideas but can't direct.
So I'll see Factory Girl; Guy Pearce will be a brilliant Warhol.
Guy Pearce is an interesting choice. I think he can pull it off.
