'Oui-aw', maybe?
'Well, meet Evan Jayne, 24, who hails from near Marseille, France, and is a member of the professional rodeo circuit.
All right, all right. Technically, it's Yvan Jayne, but he does live in Huntsville, Texas, these days, so he goes by Evan.
"Yvan is just a nickname now," he said.
He competes in bareback riding and was among those at the rodeo this week at the National Western Stock Show in Denver.
Ask him how the food is in Huntsville, Texas, and he confesses that he just can't get used to it.
"It's 70 percent Mexican, and the rest is barbecue," he said, adding, "I've still got to go to special stores in Houston and buy my special cheeses."'
So, how do you say "Yeehaw!" in French?
