I'm confused.
Jouvenet's 'Descent From The Cross'
Just got finished watching 'The Descent', and the IMDB boards, talk about Juno having an affair with Sarah's significant other. Did I miss something? I don't remember a reference to that.
On a side note, I think it was a cool movie.
Definitely gave me claustrophbia.
Very dark, and with a lot of unexpected moments.
Especially that it didn't end with a 'happy ending'.
I dug it.

I can't believe you missed that part. That was the whole subtext of the movie. During the opening scene where they're rafting down the river, it's hinted at. The girl that Juno accidentally killed (can't remember her name, but she was cute) saw it and didn't say anything.
Check it out again, it's there.
I thought the creatures were pretty cool...only that horror convention that they would be blind if they didn't move...bah. That's not how echo-location works.
The director made another pretty good horror movie you should check out. Dog Soldiers. Low budget B-movie, but a good one.
Great movie references too.
I still have it at home. Will check out the beginning again.
