From like to hate.

Question to my readers:

What band/musical act did you use to like/love and now completely hate?
With the advent of mixed format radio stations playing everything from the 70's through today, the occasional song will come on that I just can't bear to listen to.

Case in point: Fine Young Cannibals' 'She Drives Me Crazy'.

I liked them when they first came out.

But then the ad infinitum playing of said song made Roland Gift's nasal drone resemble the sound of nails on a chalkboard to me.

To this day I can't deal with it if it comes on.

Also, anything by the Red Hot Chili Peppers.

I used to like them, but after the proliferation of 'Under The Bridge', I came to realize how sappy and sophomoric their lyrics are.

So who gets you all up in an audio kerfuffle?

Hello? There are three essential songs that need to be destroyed forever:

I'm On My Way - The Proclaimers
Walking On Sunshine - Katrina and the Waves
Walk Like An Egyptian - The Bangles
