I have a drinking problem.
I'm addicted to yogurt smoothies.
After last week's illness, I have had an overwhelming hankering for fruit and dairy products.
Plus, I got a bad ass blender over the holidays.
My current fave concoction: non-fat all natural vanilla yogurt, black cherries, peaches, banana, and cranberry juice.
Yums!

Yogurt smoothies are the best! I probably would have died during my food poisoning episode without them.
Sounds like the Abs Diet to me. YUM!
