Denver was so smart to do this.

The new light rail line to the south, opened this weekend. It goes all the way from the central business core, through Mile High and the Pepsi Center area, all the way down past Park Meadows, to B.F. Egypt [Lone Tree].

By planning in advance, they can expand the rail further south down to Castle Rock and maybe even the Springs, letting Joe and Flo suburbanite, opt to use it, rather than their gas guzzling SUV.
