Sounds like Continuum is getting the Union Station project.

I previously posted on both submissions, here, with links to each of the full presentations.

Initially I liked the Union Station partner's better, but now I think I like the Continuum one. More towers down there would have changed the atmosphere. I really hope they put a market in the station.

Next stop: negotiations

Denver to name builder, start tackling details. A memo to the mayor says Continuum/East West has a superior plan, including density and parking.

Continuum Partners/East West Partners is expected to get the nod to redevelop Denver's historic Union Station.

Officials are expected to ratify the choice with a vote this morning.

The publicly supported construction project will be the city's largest since Denver International Airport and will create the hub for metro Denver's $4.7 billion FasTracks transit network.
