Real World Denver - House Sold!

Pair buys MTV's Denver Real World house

DENVER (AP) - A father-and-son development team has bought the downtown Denver digs where MTV filmed it's reality show The Real World last summer.

The price for the hip pad in Denver's Lower Downtown party district? $3.3 million.

The 22,000-square-foot house was home to seven hot twenty-somethings over the summer as they boozed, made-out, fought, cried and did just about everything else you can imagine, all on film.

The show debuted last month and airs Wednesday nights on the youth-oriented cable channel.

The new owners are Steve and Shane Alexander. The two say they plan to put another $600,000 into the building and turn it into an upscale restaurant and bar.

The Alexanders get to keep all the cool furniture inside. But no word on what will become of the hot tubs or custom basketball court.
