Wow. Ticketmaster actually didn't suck.

So I have been waiting on the tickets for tonight's Keane show to get mailed to me. So I log in to Ticketmaster and submit a request to have my tickets changed to will call. And lo and behold, within an hour, a Ticketmaster rep emailed me back saying the change had been done.

Now if they didn't charge out the arse on miscellaneous fees, and monopolize events, they wouldn't be such an evil company.
