I totally use those same lyrics with that song!!!
I totally thought it was 'wrapped up like a douche, another runner in the night'. makes no sense but that is what I have always sang...under my breath.
the worst mix up a friend of mine made, mainly because she actually sang it out loud thinking they were the lyrics was to Billy Idol's "Eyes without a Face". She would be singing 'How's about a date'. I let her continue this for awhile because I was just that cruel and it cracked me up because she was so serious when she sang it.
'How's about a date' is awesome.
