The first floor and basement of this building used to be a nightclub called Rock Island.
I pretty much spent all my weekends during sophomore and junior years in high school living there [if I wasn't at a rave].
They did a good job of restoring it.

God bless clubs that had 16 and over nights. hahaha
Yep.
The bugs were replaced by good and evil cherubs.
