That would suck if that happened to me or someone I cared about.... but since I don't know that dude, I must admit to a chortle at least.
The sad truth is that silly string is super-flamable. I remember seeing a similar videos years ago. Same situation, birthday candles, silly string, chemical fire.
Screw that!
