On the way in this morning, someone had sidewalk chalked all these happy messages.
My favorites were 'Hug this tree!', and 'You have a great smile!'.
Ha ha.

That is so cute and what a great idea. It makes me want to do that on the busy sidewalk in front of my house. I have things to say like, “Have a nice day, I could use a cup of sugar and a gallon of milk.” and “Keep America beautiful don’t forget to clean up after your dog.” also “Exercise is good for you...cause you were getting a little pudgy.”

A friend and I used to sidewalk-chalk people all the time.
He even got me once - one morning out in front of my apartment building was this HUGE chalk saying 'We love you Brando!'.
It lasted for like a week.
pranking via sidewalk chalk would be good, too! like if you wrote, in front of someone's house, "YOU WEREN'T HOME SO I PUT THAT CRATE OF PORNOGRAPHY YOU REQUESTED AROUND BACK"
My friend Matt was king of the pranks.
We all used to get each other.
They once stuck oreo's on my window [cream side facing in] somehow, in a place I couldn't reach.
So they stayed there for like a year until the elements finally eroded them away.
It's ok though, we got him when we saran wrapped his entire Jeep.
Ha ha.
Complimentary sidewalks. Love it.
