So, while watching Project Runway, I was channel surfing during commercials and came across 'Beauty And The Geek'. Didn't plan on watching it. Hadn't planned on watching it instead of the 'Project'. But it was actually kind of interesting. Some of the geeks are in serious need of help. And yes, Josh looks like Waldo or Sideshow Bob, while Karl is a doppelganger for Napolean Dynamite.
