I'm a little freaked out

So I received a call from my school from some lady who just said to call her at an 1-800 number. Wonder if it has to do with my email to 'Worst teacher Ever'? Could they suspend me? It has to be related. Which I don't get, it's my money and I am the consumer. I am the one calling the shots.
