Daily News Lofts

This is a new project under construction. I am pretty sure they named it after the fact that, it is across the street on Colfax, from the current Rocky Mountain News building.
Recently, what I found interesting, is that after they removed the 1960's exterior finish, is that this great entrance and ghost lines of an older building. The building next to it has a sign that says it went up in 1910. So the 'Daily News' building must be of the same era.
What is cool about this building is that each unit is supposed to be full floor through. Meaning, each floor is a unit. What is great about that, is its triangular shape gives you awesome Downtown views, as well as southern exposure, and views of the mountains.
Although, the western view is exposed to 'Alley Cat' nightclub, and the strip club 'Diamond Cabaret'. So, the weekends might be a bit noisy. Living right on Colfax wouldn't be that quiet either.
Additionally, once the 'News' building is converted in to the new main Denver jail, it might become a tad shady. Might be bad for property values.
