First peril of property ownership!

Last night my downstairs neighbor came to tell me that there is a leak in her bathroom ceiling that is probably coming from my unit [!].

Great.

I hate dealing with plumbing [$$$$$] issues.

To make matters worse, she is constantly out of town, and wants to be there when the plumbers do the work.

So now I have to work around her schedule.

I just want to get it fixed ASAP.

I hope it doesn't end up costing me an arm and a leg.
