Uh oh.

I was dying for eggs and hash-browns today, so I got take-out from Waffle House.

As I was partaking of the second egg, I realized there was still some uncooked clear egg in the mix.

Is it safe to eat that?

Man, I hope I don't get food poisoning.

I don't want to waste my vacation days on being ill.

Anyone know?

Man. I wish we had Waffle Houses®™©™ here. I crave them ALL THE TIME!!!

As far as the possible food poisoning? Not sure.

But good luck with all that.

I wouldn't eat raw egg. I think most have salmonella...they are layed that way.

Then again, aren't sunny side up eggs kinda loosely cooked on the top?

You probably won't get sick.

Uncooked egg can be hit or miss, though. That's why some restaurants alter recipes for Caesar Salad or Pasta Carbonara.

I always have my eggs well done--poached, fried or boiled. Then again, I just don't like the texture of runny eggs.

See that's what sucks, I like my eggs sunny side up but I run the risk of the runny egg white.

Luckily though, it appears I didn't get sick.
