Interview

I was reading this, and it totally reminded me of when I had to interview people back in the day at the coffee gig.

The manager always wanted me to ask candidates a few questions in addition to his interview because he thought I had a 'good take' on people.

So one of my questions was 'describe the color red to a blind person'.

If they could answer the question, they got the job.

Ha ha.
