Old Denver Arts Supply Building
I think that this would be a great space for a nightclub. The Modernist - International Style of the building, could easily be incorporated in to a new 'hot spot'.
It's sad that Denver Art Supply is no longer Downtown. Now, we are stuck with Meiningers, which bends you over, and extorts you like a pimp, for art supplies.

Woah...when did that place close down? I remember going there once with my Dad when I was a kid.
Long time ago. They moved to an older building by the convention center, but that closed as well.
